As the Front of House Manager, you’ll contribute to the overall success of our store—ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service, and cultivating a positive team atmosphere. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves donuts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for excellence.
Schedule can be tailored to your needs to some extent. Typically, you will be on-site one morning per weekend, three mornings during the week, and at any other times needed to complete tasks that could not be done during your scheduled shifts and for training staff, etc...
Lead the Team
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a team of front-of-house staff and bakers. Foster a collaborative, respectful work culture.
Customer Service Excellence
Make sure every guest receives top-tier service with a smile. Step in to assist customers or handle concerns when needed.
Maintain Shack Standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and consistent service across all areas
Inventory & Ordering
Manage stock levels of ingredients, paper goods, and supplies. Place timely orders to avoid shortages or waste.
Sales & Promotions
Monitor daily sales, suggest new ideas for specials or promotions, and help grow our loyal customer base.
Cash Handling & Reporting
Oversee register operations, track sales data, prepare daily reports, and assist with bank deposits.
Operational Oversight
Coordinate with the owner on staffing, maintenance, and shop improvements. Help troubleshoot issues as they arise.
